Order processing

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday — Friday will be shipped same day.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Order dispatching

Always ensure that the shipping address you enter at check out for your order, is correct as we are unable to guarantee that we can redirect orders once they have been shipped.

We cannot guarantee any order changes, however requests for address changes or order cancelations should be submitted within 30mins and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please send your request to contact@rmnco.com.au and be sure to include your name, phone number, order number and “change order” in the subject line. For address changes please include the original address submitted and the new address in the body of the email. Please note, weekends, public holidays and high volumes may impact our ability to attend to every request.

The delivery time window begins from the moment an order is accepted by us and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please keep in mind that it can take longer during our busy sale periods.

Please note once the parcel has been shipped, we are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

We cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

If your order is Return To Sender for any reason, the cost to have the package resent to you will be $12.95.

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.

Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the Australia Post depot, Australia Post will email you a tracking number.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Any delays caused by the Shipping company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the Shipping companies and may vary depending on locations.

Subject to our returns policy, we take care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has been dispatched

Occasionally Australia Post may experience delays which unfortunately is out of our control. Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. Please check for updates on the Australia Post website for a updates on delivery times.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Coronavirus and Flooding Shipping Delays: due to Coronovirus and recent Australian floods, our delivery partners are currently experiencing some delays, so delivery of your order may take longer than expected. You can track your order via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email.

RMN Co does not provide the delivery services to you and you agree that RMN Co will not be liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of or in connection with the delivery services by our delivery providers .

We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation from Australia Post with tracking details to the email address on your order. This allows you to track your parcel with Australia Post via www.auspost.com.au/track. Occasionally emails could end up in your junk email depending on your email filtering. Look out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

All parcels are sent requiring a signature on delivery. If you request this to be left via safe drop or without signature, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.

If you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery you should receive a collection card by Australia Post and your parcel will be taken to your local post office. If you have not been left a collection card, you can take a form of ID and tracking information to your nearest post office and they can help organise collection.
